Please book your room directly with the hotel and identify yourself as an AVCJ Forum participant to qualify for the rate.

Room Cancellation:

To cancel your room, please contact the hotel directly with a minimum 72 hours notification. Late cancellation or "no show" charges will be automatically posted to the individual credit card by the hotel.
