Ben Yang

Ben Yang is the General Partner of Pacific Venture Partners ("PVP"). Mr. Yang spends equal time between Taipei and Shanghai offices and directs PVP's investment activities for the Greater China region. He joined PVP in 1995 and has been responsible for raising and investing the firm's several funds. Mr. Yang was promoted as Managing Director in 1998 and General Partner in 2000.

Prior to 1995, Mr. Yang spent more than 10 years with China Semiconductor Corp, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) company where he played a key role in global marketing/sales and the development of manufacturing sites in both China and Malaysia. He holds a MA in Scientific Instrumentation from University California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Yang is currently a director of Taiwan Venture Capital Association. Mr. Yang also serves as board director in many of PVP's portfolio.
