Sean King joined Park Strategies – a business advisory and government relations firm managed by the former U.S. Senator from New York, Alfonse M. D’Amato – in February 2006.

Before joining Park Strategies, Mr. King spent five years at the United States Department of Commerce, where he last served as Senior Advisor for Asia in the U.S. & Foreign Commercial Service (USFCS). Before Commerce, Mr. King was based in Singapore for both PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and for Citibank. He has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree from the American University in Washington, D.C. As part of his MBA, Mr. King did a 1998 summer internship for Citibank in Taipei.

Mr. King makes regular public speaking appearances. He’s addressed the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business five times in the last four years, and is also a regular guest on Bloomberg-TV and CNBC-Asia. Since joining Park Strategies, his written opinions have appeared in the Seoul Times, Singapore Straits Times, Taiwan Security Research, South China Morning Post, New York Times, Korea Times, Notre Dame Business, and Topics (the official magazine of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan).
